Muay Thai is a variation of kickboxing known as "the art of eight limbs." It incorporates punches, kicks, knee & elbow strikes, and the stand-up grappling known as a 'clinch.' Dive into the addictive world of Muay Thai and experience an intense workout that sharpens your mind and sculpts your physique. Muay thai is a one-size fits-all approach to hybrid training. You will acquire strength, cardiovascular fitness, power, balance, flexibility, mobility and untapped confidence in your ability to defend yourself.
MMA, or Mixed Martial Arts, is the fastest growing sport in the world, and the sport of The UFC. It combines the precision of striking sports like boxing and Muay Thai with the tactical expertise of grappling disciplines such as BJJ and judo. This ultimate combat experience teaches you to fight effectively both standing, and on the ground, transitioning from powerful strikes to, to wrestling takedowns, to controlling your opponent on the ground and manipulating their limbs and forcing them into submission.
Step onto the mats and discover the art of leverage, technique, and control. This entry-level class is designed for beginners looking to explore the world of grappling, learning how to use an opponent’s weight and movement against them. Develop the skills to escape, control, and submit—whether for sport, self-defence, or pure empowerment. BJJ is widely regarded as the most effective martial art in the world for self-defence and overcoming larger opponents, making it an essential tool for any warrior’s arsenal. Ready to roll.
Block Training is our structured strength training program running on 12-week cycles to help you build strong physical foundations with traditional strength training. With our expert coaches you’ll develop your power, endurance, injury resilience, and ultimately autonomy in a gym-setting. You will learn how to execute exercises with proper technique, understand why you’re doing them, and thrive in a group of goal-oriented and like-minded humans! If you’ve ever been intimidated by the gym, didn’t know what to do with weights, are chasing aesthetics or just needed structure, this class is for you.
Engine is our high-intensity conditioning class designed to build strength, endurance, and overall fitness. Through fast-paced circuits incorporating weighted movements and all-out striking, this class pushes your limits and develops the grit, power, and stamina of a well-rounded fighter. Whether you're training for combat sports or just want to be stronger, fitter, and harder to break, Engine delivers the complete package.
